The Mojave Aviation Annual or 100 Hour Inspection Warranty

Pre Acceptance

After every Annual or 100 Hour inspection, the Owner has the option to fly with a Mojave Aviation LLC mechanic or pilot before accepting the aircraft.  Any discrepancy noted by the Owner, which should have been found during the course of an Annual or 100 Hour Inspection, as determined by the manufacturers maintenance manual, will be fixed at cost with no markup for parts ordered and billed at an hourly rate of $60.  This warranty excludes squawks or recommended maintenance items that the Owner has chosen to defer.  For any squawk that the Owner has asked to be fixed and who subsequently determines that the squawk is not fixed (during the Acceptance Flight), Mojave Aviation LLC will at it’s own expense, fix the problem (cost of additional parts excluded).  Squawks that can only be tested in flight are excluded from this warranty.  In the event that the Owner declines the Acceptance Flight, the Mojave Aviation LLC warranty will be null and void, with the exception of faulty workmanship.

Post Acceptance

After the Owner accepts the aircraft, Mojave Aviation will give a conditional warranty on any engine or airframe component that was directly worked on during the course of the Annual or 100 Hour inspection.  This warranty shall extend for a period of 30 days or 15 engine hours after acceptance, whichever occurs first.  If a component breaks during this warranty period due to improper servicing or installation as determined by Mojave Aviation Director of Maintenance, then Mojave Aviation LLC will replace such component at it’s own expense.
